Product Return Policy
Return and Exchange Policy
We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:
- Return is shipped back within the 15-Day return period. Please be sure that your merchandise marked for return reaches us within 15 days from the date your item(s) was delivered to you (as shown on the delivery company's tracking system.)
- Original packaging is still in good condition. Please include all original packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings — including writing of any kind) with your return.
- Items are in an unused condition. We are unable to accept returned items that have been used or damaged in any way.
Restocking Fees
A minimum restocking fee of 20 percent ($10 minimum) applies to all returned orders (except for orders that contained damaged items and or incorrect items were shipped.)
Why do we charge restocking fees on returned merchandise?
Returned products must be inspected and possibly returned to the manufacturer. In doing so, we face the cost of inspecting the item to determine the disposition as well as the costs incurred with returning the item to the manufacturer and a restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer.
Payment Refunds
Credit Card Refund on Returned Orders
If you return your order in accordance with our standard return policy terms and conditions, we will refund your credit card, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 10 business days from the date the returned order was received and processed at the warehouse. Returns that are not in compliance with our standard return policy are subject to delays or are ineligible for a refund.
