Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping and delivery times can vary based on the items ordered, warehouse shipping point, delivery location, inventory availability, size of the product and method of shipping. Items shipped from our warehouse are generally processed within 2 business days or less. Items shipped directly by the manufacturer or distributor may vary based on the item, inventory availability and company shipping policy. We make every effort to have the manufacturer ship products within 2 business days from the time they receive the order and shipping instructions. The shipping carrier of choice and service for all orders shipped from our Florida warehouse is United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service.
How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is based on the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. Delivery time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.
Pre-ship processing time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. Items shipped from our warehouse are normally processed within 2 business days or less. Items shipped directly by the manufacturer or distributor may vary based on the item, inventory availability and company shipping policy.
Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. In most cases, orders shipped via standard UPS ground service arrive within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are currently unable to ship products outside of the continental U.S. or to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO Boxes.
Order Status
Once your order is shipped from one of our state-of-the-art warehouses, you will receive automatic notification via e-mail. To obtain tracking information and view the full details of your order, enter your order number and e-mail address on our “Track Order page.” Please enter the information exactly as it appears on your order receipt. If you do not know your order number, please contact our customer service department by e-mail provided in our “Contact Us” link under the “Customer Service” tab.
Order Issues
Order Received with Missing Item(s)
Be sure to thoroughly check the box and all packing materials. Also, please check the packing slip included with your order to verify that all items have shipped. Some items will not be shipped right away if they are on backorder.
Backordered Items
If an item has not shipped due to being on backorder, you can verify this information by checking the real-time status update of your order. For real-time status updates, click on the “Track Order” link in the footer. You will be able to see the status and a detailed list of the items ordered.
Multiple Packaging
Should circumstances warrant, we will sometimes ship orders in more than one package to ensure the faster fulfillment (you will only be charged for shipping once).The “Shipping Information” link will show all tracking information for each order and will indicate when an order has been shipped in multiple packages by displaying multiple UPS tracking numbers corresponding to each item shipped.
If an item has been marked shipped and was not included with the package you expected it in, please contact us by clicking on the “Contact Us” link under our “Customer Service’ Tab and we will be happy to resolve the problem.
Incorrect Items Received
In the rare instance where a fulfillment error is made by us in shipping your order, simply notify us by email. In such cases, we will either issue a complete refund to your credit card or reship your order at no expense to you. We will also send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. If you received something you don't want or ordered in error, please see our “Return Policy.”
Order Received with Damaged Items
We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) exclusively because of its renowned service and dependability. Their on-time delivery performance is second to none. However, as with all shipping companies, there is a remote possibility that some items may get damaged during the shipping process. If the outer container is visibly damaged, please do the following:
- If you are present when the UPS driver delivers the package, we ask that you thoroughly inspect the outer shipping box for any signs of damage prior to accepting delivery. If the shipping container is visibly damaged, we ask that you not sign the delivery confirmation form and refuse delivery of the package. In doing so, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will immediately exchange the returned item(s) for a new item(s) and will promptly fulfill the replacement order.
- If you were not present when the package was delivered (doorstep drop off) and you found your package or the items in it to be damaged before or after opening the box, we ask that you contact our customer service department for further assistance.
